Ansoft發(fā)布三維電磁仿真軟件HFSS的最新版本 HFSS 12

  美國 ANSYS 推出了三維電磁仿真軟件 HFSS 的最新版本 HFSS 12。新版本在網(wǎng)格生成丶求解丶建模等方面的功能及性能有所改善。
  例如,在網(wǎng)格生成方面,改進了四面體的網(wǎng)格生成。在求解方面,新版本配備了將處理高效分配給多核(包含網(wǎng)絡(luò)中分布的處理器)的區(qū)域分散功能。如果內(nèi)核數(shù)量為8,則處理速度為單內(nèi)核的8.8倍,需要的內(nèi)存容量可以減少33%。
  在建模方面,發(fā)布資料介紹了三點改進:即 mixed element order(不同次數(shù)的元素同時存在)丶curvilinear element(曲線元素)丶adjoint derivative computation(伴隨導(dǎo)函數(shù)運算)。其中,mixed element order能夠使不同次數(shù)的元素存在于同一網(wǎng)格中,以提高處理效率。一般來說,小區(qū)域使用低次元素求解較佳,較大且均勻的區(qū)域適合使用高次元素。而此次的mixed element order能夠?qū)σ粋網(wǎng)格的多個元素,分別分配最佳次數(shù)的元素。
  curvilinear element面向的是曲面建模,能夠提高網(wǎng)格粗生成的精度。而adjoint derivative computation能夠提供在場所及材料參數(shù)發(fā)生變化時高效評估S參數(shù)導(dǎo)函數(shù)的步驟。借助以上改進,可見元器件外邊緣,以提高優(yōu)化處理的效率。

  3D Full-wave Electromagnetic Field Simulation
  HFSS is the industry-standard simulation tool for 3D full-wave electromagnetic field simulation. HFSS provides E- and H-fields, currents, S-parameters and near and far radiated field results. Intrinsic to the success of HFSS as an engineering design tool is its automated solution process where users are only required to specify geometry, material properties and the desired output. From here HFSS will automatically generate an appropriate, efficient and accurate mesh for solving the problem using the proven finite element method. With HFSS the physics defines the mesh, not the mesh defining the physics. Engineers rely on the accuracy, capacity, and performance of HFSS to design high-speed components including on-chip embedded passives, IC packages, PCB interconnects, and high-frequency components such as antennas, RF/microwave components, and biomedical devices.
